These Terms of Use & Purchase Terms govern the use of our digital subscription and budget management services provided through SubZenit ("Application") mobile app and website. By using the Application, you accept these terms.
1. Scope of Service and Account Security
SubZenit is a management tool designed to help you track your personal subscriptions, manage your budget, and automatically list your invoices through email integration. The security of your account password and application access is entirely your responsibility.
2. Pricing and Subscription Model (In-App Purchases)
While SubZenit offers basic features for free, advanced features like email scanning and unlimited subscription additions require a Premium subscription.

Renews automatically every month.
Yearly Plan
$44.99 / Year
Renews automatically every year.
3. Billing, Payments and Refund Policy
Mobile Purchases: All payment and purchase transactions on SubZenit are processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store payment infrastructures on your mobile device. We do not collect card details or process payments directly on our website.
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation: Auto-renewable subscriptions renew and bill automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your device's account settings (Apple ID or Google Play Subscriptions).
Refund Policy: Since payments are handled by Apple and Google, all refunds are subject to the stores' own policies. Refund requests must be made through Apple Support or Google Play Help channels. SubZenit has no access or authority to issue refunds directly.
4. Limitation of Liability
SubZenit is a software tool developed to assist in your personal finance management. Currency conversions, budget analyses, and suggestions in the application do not constitute financial or legal advice. SubZenit cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from user spending or budget planning.
