This Disclosure Text has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to explain the principles regarding the collection, processing, storage, and security of your personal data processed through the SubZenit mobile application and website.
1. Data Controller
SubZenit (hereinafter referred to as the "Application" or "We") is a platform providing subscription tracking, smart budget management, and email integration services. Your personal data is processed by SubZenit as the data controller within the scopes specified below.
2. Personal Data & Purposes of Processing
The following personal data is processed in order to fulfill the functions of our application:
Identity & Contact Info
The email address and password you share when registering. This data is used for account creation, login verification, password recovery, and sending notifications.
Subscription & Invoice Details
The names, costs, currencies, invoice dates, and satisfaction ratings of the subscriptions you track. It is used to perform budget analysis and prepare savings suggestions.
Email Scanning Information (IMAP Integration)
The email and app password details you provide when using the email integration feature. This information is **only** used instantly to automatically extract invoice emails (Netflix, Spotify etc.) via the IMAP protocol. The raw contents of your emails or your email password are **definitely not recorded** on our servers and are not shared with any third party.
3. Data Security & Retention Principles
Your personal data is protected by industry-standard encryption methods (SSL/TLS). Your data is securely hosted in Supabase cloud databases.
In case of logging out of the application, deleting the account, or upon request, your data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our database.
4. Your Rights Under Data Protection Regulations
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- To request correction of your data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- The right to completely delete your account and data at any time.
